Mindfulness Meditation

On Mondays and Wednesdays, we offer in-person meditation every other week.
Fridays are online except last Friday of the month is in person.

On Monday, we sit for 20 minutes, do walking meditation for 10 minutes, and sit again for 15 minutes.  After the sitting we discuss the topic emailed in our Sunday newsletter and have time for sharing. 

On Wednesday, sitting meditation begins at 7:00 am, then we have a short walking meditation, then a sitting meditation again.  There is a reading followed by a short dharma discussion, ending at 8:00 am.

On Friday, sitting meditation begins at 12:00 pm, followed by walking meditation and a second sitting.  We always do a mindfulness reading and a short dharma discussion.

As always, no previous mindfulness or meditation experience is necessary.  Walking meditation is always optional.  No fees, and donations are always welcome.
