COME HOME TO YOURSELF: A weekend retreat

In this weekend retreat “Come Home to Yourself,” we will learn to apply mindfulness to ourselves, our intimate relationships, workplaces and communities. Together we will practice group sharing, nature-based activities, InterPlay, along with periods of noble silence that will nourish our happiness, gratitude, and serenity in our daily life.
Each day there will be sessions of yoga, meditation, sitting and walking meditation, group discussions, eating mindfully (with some part of the meal in silence) and deep relaxation. We will also learn InterPlay, a powerful mindfulness tool to grow ease, connection, and wisdom through play.
This retreat will be offered on a sliding scale. Please pay as much as you can afford so that everyone who wants to attend is able to.

Retreat Facilitator: Kaira Jewel Lingo
We are so happy to bring back Kaira Jewel to lead our retreat again this year.Kaira Jewel brings 15 years of experience as a Buddhist nun living and working with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, and her decades of teaching mindfulness, as well as her warm and open-hearted presence. She will be offering several sessions of teaching during our retreat.
