We invite you to begin the new year with a workshop for people who are new to mindfulness practice and want to learn more, and those who want to explore some of what makes Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings unique.
The moment we simply notice our racing minds - without judging ourselves - we are practicing mindfulness. When we notice how our breath feels in our body, we are present.
Annie will lead this workshop. We will begin with a deep relaxation meditation followed by discussion and practice of what makes Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings unique.
