Dear friends,

You are invited to attend the transmission ceremony whether or not you will be receiving trainings.

If you would like to receive or renew The Five Mindfulness Trainings at the transmission ceremony, please apply here.

The online and in-person (at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Oakton, Virginia) ceremony will begin at 9:00AM EST and end no later than noon.

We hope you will join us in this wonderful ceremony and practice.
