Through the generosity of our community, we offer a new mindfulness topic each week for our Monday night meditation.

Each week, a member of our Sangha generously volunteers to choose a mindfulness topic and holds the space to facilitate during Monday night meditation. This topic is posted here on our site every Friday and emailed to subscribers every Sunday morning.
