OHMC Annual Spring Retreat

In this weekend retreat “Come Home to Yourself,” we will learn to apply mindfulness to ourselves, our intimate relationships, workplaces and communities. Together we will practice group sharing, nature-based activities, InterPlay, along with periods of noble silence that will nourish our happiness, gratitude, and serenity in our daily life.
Each day there will be sessions of yoga, meditation, sitting and walking meditation, group discussions, eating mindfully (with some part of the meal in silence) and deep relaxation. We will also learn InterPlay, a powerful mindfulness tool to grow ease, connection, and wisdom through play.
This retreat will be offered on a sliding scale. Details coming soon.
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given up until 2 weeks before the retreat (March 23, 2018). After that date, no refunds will be given.
